On the 11 February, Civils and Lintels joined us for a week of training.
The training week gave a deeper understanding of our products, how they’re made, their applications, what materials we use and how to design, specify, construct and finally sell the systems. It’s part of our ongoing support to our customers, which we feel is vital.
We presented an overview of our business and sourced key people from different departments who shared their expertise. We talked about our Water Management Solutions as well as Infrastructure products and how, when grouped together they link as a complete package.
We ultimately wanted our supply chain partners to become expert and assured in our solutions and to feel as passionately about our products as we do.
In the five days, we showed off our Horncastle site.
And our Loughborough site.
From products and practical installation with Mark Shearer and Mark Green.
To Water Management Solutions and project management with Neil Genders.
A look at some of our bespoke solutions and Permavoid.
To looking round our factory.
We made sure it was a week filled with knowledge, insight and a bit of fun.
Mark Shearer, Business Development Director – Key Accounts Merchants, said:
‘I’m really pleased with the commitment and enthusiasm shown by everyone and would like to thank Civils and Lintels for promoting such an in-depth training programme!’
